The Glow Session

A warm and simple sunset experience.
Perfect for families who want sweet, timeless images in that dreamy golden light.

Held during the most magical time of day—when the sky glows and everything slows down.

A fuller storytelling experience—with more time, more connection, and your own Motion Memory video.

The Motion Memories video is a short, soundless film that captures your connection in motion—wind in the trees, hand-holding, laughter exchanged. It’s soft, heartfelt, and made from real moments.

Investment: $400

What are Motion Memories? 

Motion Memories are short, soundless video clips captured during your session—filled with real, unscripted moments.

They aren’t posed or planned. They’re glimpses of love in motion:
a hand brushing through hair,
siblings running barefoot in the grass,
your partner pulling you in for that quick, quiet hug,
your toddler's belly laugh as they twirl in the golden light.

These little films don’t need words or music to tell your story.
They let you feel the moment again—just as it was.

As a mom myself, I know how often we're the ones behind the camera—making memories for everyone else. My goal is to change that. I want you in the frame, feeling seen and connected to the people you love most.

Model Release
By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Annette Lewis aka Bellanet Photography to share images from my session on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.
Contract Details
Client agrees to pay photographer a retainer of $125 at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable retainer fee that goes toward your session. A balance depending on your package choice is remaining and due no later than the session date. Please see above for retainer and total costs pertaining to your package. THE REMAINING BALANCE IS DUE PRIOR OR THE DAY OF THE SESSION. And will split into two separate payments. Payments may be made via invoice online, by check or cash. 
If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. Creative fee covers travel within 20 miles of photographer's home in Salmon, Idaho. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of $.52/mile as part of the agreement.

If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 24 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot or not show up, this session fee will not be refunded. The $125 non-refundable retainer covers any time and prep associated with the session and is not refundable.

If a client reschedules more than once there may be an additional charge of $55 to re-book. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. The photographer will not be held responsible for how family members behave or act during the session that may result in your 'dissatisfaction.' 

Your session starts at the agreed time and the photographer has the right to cancel the session if you are 15 minutes or later and will not result in any kind of refund. The total cost of the session fee is not refundable once images have been downloaded or delivered via your gallery. This includes any screenshots you have taken as well from your gallery but did not include them in your chosen photos. Print fees are not refundable once proof has been approved and prints ordered. 

Galleries are available for 10 days, at the 11 day mark your gallery is de-activated. There is a $40 archival fee if you need to reactivate your gallery to choose your images. 

Bellanet Photography retains all copyright of images. Print releases are delivered with your digital package. You cannot submit the images into a contest, publications or sell the images.
