As a Salmon, Idaho wedding photographer, weddings are one of my absolute favorite things to photograph. I love it all, from large, joy-filled celebrations to intimate weddings and elopements with 12 people or fewer. Every wedding matters. Every wedding tells a different story. And every single one is filled with love worth remembering.

You may not remember every small detail, and that’s where I come in. The flowers, table décor, rings, quiet glances, and in-between moments all deserve to be documented so you can relive them for years to come.

What does that actually mean? It means I show up for you in more ways than just holding a camera.

As an experienced Idaho wedding photographer, I’ve photographed a wide range of weddings, from seamless, perfectly timed days to celebrations with a few unexpected hiccups. No matter what the day brings, my role is to help you feel calm, confident, and taken care of from start to finish.

Most couples don’t feel like models, and many feel nervous or awkward in front of the camera, that’s completely normal. As your photographer, it’s my job to help you relax, feel at ease, and trust that both the day and the final gallery are going to be everything you hoped for.

Before your wedding day, we work together to create a thoughtful, realistic timeline designed to reduce stress and give you space to actually enjoy your day. On the wedding day itself, I guide you through portraits, lightly pose you when needed, and use the best lighting and angles to create the wedding photos you’ve already been dreaming of.

Just as important, I know when to step back. I understand when to gently guide you  and when to be a quiet presence in the background. Some of the most meaningful moments happen naturally: a deep breath before walking down the aisle, a laugh shared with friends, a tearful hug from a parent. In those moments, I become a fly on the wall, documenting your day exactly as it unfolds.

My style is vibrant, natural, and movement-focused. I love gently guiding you so your photos feel authentic, not stiff or overly posed. We’ll laugh, move, and have fun together,  because your wedding photography experience should feel comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable. By the end of the day, I want you to feel like you gained a photographer and a friend.
