Have you noticed all the new construction in Salmon and in the areas around us? I can't believe all the new houses up high on the Bar Hill, out Highway 93 North and Carmen. So many beautiful homes and people. We have had a little boom of people moving to the area. 

I know that doesn't excited everyone because we don't want to lose "our Salmon" with the influx of new people to the area. But I have met so many great new people! Some are newer to me than they are to Salmon, but still. Nowadays you don't know everyone when you go to Saveway.

There is no denying we live in a beautiful area and Carmen is a prime spot for all those gorgeous views - the Inks' property.

The family of four are building a home a top a small hill overlooking the Continental Divide. It is so beautiful! Of course it was overcast the day of, but it worked out perfectly! I really love when I get to take photos at clients' homes. Family photos are already special. You are taking this time in your family's life and creating a time capsule of memories. Think of that. How amazing is that. 

Now add on taking these portraits at your home or on your property. So now generations later, the story behind these photos are where their parents moved to Salmon and built their home.
