The Livingston family 

Hillary and Luke have two sweet little girls and it was time for a family session this family of four. 

We shot their family session at Luke's parents house on the Old Lemhi Road. Just driving by, you can see they must have a great little spot and they do. Their session was just in their backyard. 

And they have the most beautiful backyard. 

They have the most beautiful manicured lawn and an amazing view of the Lemhi River. They are right at a bend of the river so you can really hear the water moving. They can walk right down to the river, which we did and it was so great. 

This was their first time getting family photos taken so they weren't sure what to expect. With kids, especially younger children I think mornings are often better. Obviously this depends on the children and the family but before nap time, when their bellies are full and they are ready to burn some energy is the best time. 

It was for this family. And another benefit of morning sessions, you can do them and get them over with. That is sometimes a benefit for some.
