Zayli is ONE! 

Kerry planned a little cake smash session for Zayli wanted a tropical theme. 

I loved this little banner that I just came up with when I ordered some random things online. I love the tropical leaves and mixture of whir flowers. The pop of pink cake thanks to Emily Long was perfect. I ended up loving the gold leaves and is a good off set for little Zayli's outfit. 

Zayli wasn't into it as much or like at all. In fact she didn't want anything to do with the cake or her outfits! Despite what it felt like we got some great shots. 

She really just wasn't into the whole idea of the "cake smash" which has to be a first but nonetheless we got some photos of her with the cake, nibbling on it and some portraits just in general which are always a bonus on booking a cake smash. 

You get not only cake smash photos but you get some simple but wonderful portraits of just your "baby."

I loved the "tropical" theme mostly because it's one I haven't done before. I ordered two separate items, the leaves and the flowers and combined the two for the simple yet perfect banner. Do you love the gold or no?
