Curtis and Tarasia Get Married at Younger Cove
There’s something about a September wedding in Idaho that just feels right. The air still carries a touch of summer warmth, the trees hint at fall’s arrival, and the sunlight wraps everything in gold. Tarasia and Curtis' wedding day at Younger Cove was the perfect reflection of all those things, full of love, family, and faith.
Set against the stunning mountain backdrop, their outdoor ceremony was beautifully simple and deeply meaningful. The couple exchanged vows in a religious ceremony that spoke to their hearts and values, surrounded by the people who mean the most to them. The soft breeze, warm sunlight, and sound of laughter in the background made it all feel timeless.
One of my favorite parts about this day was how family-centered everything was. Tarasia included her children and grandchildren in the wedding, making it even more special. It wasn’t just a joining of two lives, it was a celebration of generations, woven together through love and shared moments. The bridal party was made up of family, dressed in rich autumn tones that popped perfectly against the Idaho landscape. Every detail reflected closeness and care, from the floral arrangements to the joyful way everyone interacted.
The day came together beautifully thanks to some wonderful local talent. Hair and makeup were done by Rhiannon Paine, bringing out a natural glow that matched the joy of the day. Tara’s Place and family worked together to create the stunning decorations, while Joe Foster and Saveway provided delicious food that guests raved about. The sweet finishing touch came from Charlotte Hadlock’s cake and cupcakes and Carmen Creek Sweets’ cookies, each treat as lovely as the love story being celebrated.
Younger Cove has become one of my favorite venues for capturing love stories like this one. The open skies, mountain views, and peaceful setting create a backdrop that feels both intimate and grand, just like Idaho itself.
As an Idaho Wedding Photographer, I’m always inspired by weddings like Tarasia’s, days filled with family, faith, and sunshine. They remind me that at the heart of every wedding are the moments shared between generations, the laughter that fills the air, and the love that carries forward long after the day is done.
