This year, I’m beyond excited to share something brand new and truly special at Bellanet Photography, exclusive Santa Mini Sessions. As a Salmon Idaho Photographer, this is the very first time I’ve brought Santa himself in front of my camera, and I want these sessions to feel magical, meaningful, and absolutely unforgettable for your children.

Forget the long mall lines, rushed poses, and overwhelmed kids. My Christmas Photos are designed to feel cozy, relaxed, and full of genuine joy. These Santa Photos are all about the magic that naturally unfolds when your little ones see Santa walk into the room, no pressure, just pure wonder.

What’s Included

Every Santa Mini Session includes:
• 15-minute visit with Santa
• 5 hand-edited digital images
• 3 keepsake photo magnets from Share a Memory Magnets, perfect for gifting grandparents or keeping on your fridge all season long

These sessions are intentionally short and sweet, giving your kids time to warm up, interact naturally, and create real Christmas magic.

As an East Idaho Photographer, I’ve always believed that childhood memories deserve to be captured with heart. There is nothing like the look on a child’s face when they finally meet Santa, the sparkle, the awe, the innocence. Parents light up too, watching their little ones’ imaginations come alive.

These photos become more than just holiday pictures.
They become keepsakes of a fleeting season of childhood, something you’ll look back on as the years fly by and your little ones grow.

Because this is my very first Santa event, spots are extremely limited. I want each family to have the time and experience they deserve, which means these will sell out quickly.

PHOTOS WITH SANTA

Below are the available times with Santa along with a contract payment information for your non-refundable retainer to book you spot.

Mini Session Details

SANTA MINI SESSION AGREEMENT

SESSION DETAILS: Santa Mini Sessions on December 13th are $150. A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the session and may be paid by cash, check, or online invoice.

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT: All Santa Minis are non-refundable, and retainers are non-refundable under any circumstance. Retainers may be transferred to another family if you choose to give your spot away. Sessions may only be rescheduled in the event the photographer or Santa becomes unavailable.

BACK-TO-BACK SCHEDULING: These are strictly timed 15-minute minis.

  • Your scheduled time begins at your exact start time, not when you arrive.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes early to prepare your children.
  • Late arrivals will result in shortened session time.

CHILD COOPERATION / EXPECTATIONS WITH SANTA: The photographer is not responsible for:

  • crying, shyness, fear, or refusal to sit with Santa
  • children not smiling or participating
  • children needing extra time to warm up
  • behavioral issues, meltdowns, or accidents

No refunds or reshoots will be issued due to child behavior or lack of cooperation. Some of the sweetest photos come from candid or unexpected reactions, and every effort will be made to capture meaningful images within the allotted time.

LIABILITY & SAFETY: The photographer and Santa will take reasonable precautions to create a safe environment. However, by booking a Santa Mini Session, the client agrees that:

  • The photographer and Santa are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents involving children or adults during the session.
  • Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.
  • Families agree to use good judgment when interacting with Santa, props, and the set.

SANTA INTERACTION: Santa will engage with children in a gentle and friendly manner. If a child is uncomfortable or distressed, adjustments will be made such as:

  • standing beside Santa
  • sitting on a parent’s lap
  • interacting from a distance
  • All decisions regarding child comfort and safety are at the discretion of the photographer.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the exclusive property of Annette Lewis Photography (Bellanet Photography). Images may not be altered, edited, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

CLIENT USAGE: The client receives digital images for personal use only, including printing, sharing with family, and posting on social media. The client may not sell, license, or publish the images for profit.

AGREEMENT: By booking a Santa Mini Session, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
