Hilario and Jazmine are expecting a baby, and I was so honored to capture this sweet maternity announcement session for them. As a Salmon Idaho Photographer, I get to witness so many special milestones for families, but there is something extra magical about photographing the joy of expecting parents.

We met on a golden evening in Salmon, Idaho, where the light wrapped perfectly around them, creating a warm and dreamy glow. The weather, their outfits, the laughter, and the love, it all came together in the best way. From the very beginning, Jazmine shared her vision for these photos, and like many moms-to-be, she wanted her maternity announcement to be more than just a picture; she wanted it to tell a story.

And of course, Hilario was the perfect sport, going along with every idea, from twirling Jazmine in the tall grass to scooping her up in his arms while she held the first images of their baby. We even found moments to soak in the beauty of Salmon, Idaho, as the mountains stretched in the background and the summer sun gave us one last burst of golden light.
